Council members attend meetings, provide input on alumni programs and events, encourage alumni engagement, make an annual gift to the Mayfield Fund, and share their time, talents, and expertise to support the school's mission.

Serve as a liaison and voice for your class by keeping them connected to Mayfield Junior School. Class Representatives share alumni and school news, encourage attendance at alumni events, participation in volunteer opportunities, collect class notes, and support planning for class reunion, high school lunch visits, and Senior Send-Off. They also help promote engagement and encourage annual giving to the Mayfield Fund.

Support fundraising efforts by engaging alumni to encourage participation and giving to the Mayfield Fund. Volunteers may reach out to alumni to inspire annual support, assist as Advocates with initiatives such as Giving Tuesday and Day of Giving, write thank-you notes to donors, and help brainstorm creative strategies to increase alumni participation and philanthropic engagement.
